[Tearsheet] Modified tearsheet to allow option to include quantity and unit of measure. Also adjusted the Price displayed to be an extended price based on qty, and if there is no quantity to simply display the price.

[Projects] ProjectListView - added functionality to re-sequence projects and save the sequence in project user, then re-display in the same sequence
[Attachments] Added card to dashboard to see folders instead of all the detailed attachments. Created a Folder listing page and a page that displays the files in the folder. Added security so clients can only see folders if granted access.
[Attachments] Added Folders to Project Tabs, Added Size to Folder.
[Attachments] Replaced text field to add a new folder with a dialog since now we have more options when creating anew folder like an extended description and the ability to hide/show it to the client
[Attachments] When folders are re-sequenced, save the data and update the list so that subsequent drags are using the latest version of the folder
